This is a vector of Ryomou Shimei from Ikkitosen. From the scan I saw, she had to be one of the coolest looking characters I've seen and kind of inspired my RP character Kyoko and I did a vector of her, I think it looks cool =3

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
